What is Premium?

The core features are always free. Premium unlocks:

• Crowd calendar forecasts — see how busy each day is for the next week, plus any day’s predicted wait times

One account and one premium pass works across both nahyoupick.com and rideordieguide.com.

How to Purchase

• Create an account and log in
• Click the Premium button in the login section
• Choose a plan:
  • 25-Pack ($0.99) — 25 AI requests, use anytime within 1 year
  • Daily Pass ($1.49) — 50 AI requests per day for 24 hours
  • Weekly Pass ($2.99) — 50 AI requests per day for 7 days

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Time-based passes can be stacked—purchasing another pass extends your access. 25-Pack credits accumulate and share a 1-year expiry that resets with each purchase.

Refund Policy

25-Pack: If you have not used any credits from a 25-Pack purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Partially used or expired 25-Packs are not eligible for a refund.

Time-based passes (Daily, Weekly): If you have not used any AI requests during your pass, you are eligible for a full refund. If you have used some AI requests, you may receive a partial refund prorated for the unused time remaining. Passes with no time remaining are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, email support@rideordieguide.com with your account email and approximate purchase date. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

How does it work?

Select your parks and data types, then either browse the full list of attractions, shows, and restaurants or ask AI to build a plan for you. AI uses live wait times, show schedules, and dining status to plan your day. Mark your must-dos as "ride or dies" and track them throughout your day.

Is it free?

Yes. Browsing park data, managing your list, the spin wheel, the map, and crowd calendars are completely free. AI-powered planning is a premium feature starting at $0.99.

What theme parks are supported?

54 parks across Disney, Universal, Six Flags, Cedar Fair, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and Herschend. Each park includes live wait times, show schedules, dining status, and curated metadata for attractions, shows, and restaurants.

How current is the wait time data?

Wait times, show schedules, and restaurant status are pulled from live park data and refreshed frequently. Data is provided by the ThemeParks.wiki API and reflects what the parks are currently reporting.

How do I find the least busy day to visit?

Open a park’s crowd calendar (the info icon on a selected park) to see each day rated 1–10 for crowds—past days from recorded data and upcoming days predicted from history, scored against each park’s own norms so parks are comparable. Without an account you see today; signing in adds tomorrow, and premium extends it to the next 7 days and adds each day’s predicted wait times.

Do I need an account?

No. You can browse park data and manage your list without logging in. An account is needed for AI planning features and to sync your data across devices. Accounts are free and work on both rideordieguide.com and nahyoupick.com.

Information We Collect

We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, and access timestamps. If you are logged in, we derive your approximate location (country, region, city) from your IP address to provide locally relevant AI suggestions. You may also opt in to share your precise GPS coordinates via the "Precise Location" option for more accurate results; when enabled, we use a reverse geocoding service to convert your coordinates into a neighborhood or city name. If you use AI generation, we collect the prompts you submit. If you create an account, we collect your email address and password.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-powered theme park plans and spin wheel choices from your prompts
• To provide locally relevant suggestions when logged in
• To localize web search results when generating AI plans
• To authenticate your account and store your saved data
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
• To improve the service and fix issues

Data Storage

Account data is stored in a database hosted on Railway, shared across both rideordieguide.com and nahyoupick.com. This includes your email, a securely hashed password, and any saved data. We track AI planning usage to enforce daily limits. Prompts and generated results may be logged temporarily for debugging.

Third-Party Services

AI generation uses Anthropic's Claude API. Prompts are sent to Anthropic for processing; AI planning may also use web search on your behalf. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details. Live theme park data is provided by ThemeParks.wiki. If you enable precise location, we use OpenStreetMap Nominatim to convert your GPS coordinates into a location name. Our app is hosted on Railway.

Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication and session management—no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your Data

Selections and list state are stored locally in your browser via localStorage and are never sent to our servers. You can delete your saved data at any time; to delete your account, contact us.

User Accounts

Accounts are shared across rideordieguide.com and nahyoupick.com—one account works on both sites. You are responsible for your account credentials. Limits: 1 free AI planning request per day per account. Go premium for additional AI requests.

• Submit harmful or inappropriate content to the AI generator
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• Circumvent rate limits or create multiple accounts to bypass limits

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated plans and suggestions (including web search results) are for entertainment only. We make no guarantees about their accuracy or completeness. Use them at your own discretion.
