Premium works across both nahyoupick.com and rideordieguide.com. A pass purchased on either site gives you premium access on both.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Passes can be stacked—purchasing another pass extends your access.
If you have not used any premium requests during your pass, you are eligible for a full refund of the pass price.
If you have used some premium requests, you may receive a partial refund prorated for the unused time remaining on your pass. For example, if you purchased a Weekly Pass and request a refund after 2 days, you would be refunded for the remaining 5 days.
Passes with no time remaining are not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, email support@rideordieguide.com with your account email and approximate purchase date. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

This policy covers both rideordieguide.com and nahyoupick.com (Nah, you pick.), which are operated by the same team and share the same platform and user accounts.
We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, and access timestamps. If you are logged in, we derive your approximate location (country, region, city) from your IP address to provide locally relevant AI suggestions. You may also opt in to share your precise GPS coordinates via the "Precise Location" option for more accurate results; when enabled, we use a reverse geocoding service to convert your coordinates into a neighborhood or city name. If you use AI generation, we collect the prompts you submit. If you create an account, we collect your email address and password.
Account data is stored in a database hosted on Railway, shared across both rideordieguide.com and nahyoupick.com. This includes your email, a securely hashed password, and any saved data. We track "smart" AI tier usage to enforce daily limits. Prompts and generated results may be logged temporarily for debugging.
AI generation uses Anthropic's Claude API. Prompts are sent to Anthropic for processing; the "smart" tier may also use web search on your behalf. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details. Live theme park data is provided by ThemeParks.wiki. If you enable precise location, we use OpenStreetMap Nominatim to convert your GPS coordinates into a location name. Our app is hosted on Railway.
We use cookies only for authentication and session management—no tracking or advertising cookies.
Selections and list state are stored locally in your browser via localStorage and are never sent to our servers. You can delete your saved data at any time; to delete your account, contact us.
