Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Time-based passes can be stacked—purchasing another pass extends your access. 25-Pack credits accumulate and share a 1-year expiry that resets with each purchase.
Time-based passes (Daily, Weekly): If you have not used any premium requests during your pass, you are eligible for a full refund. If you have used some requests, you may receive a partial refund prorated for the unused time remaining. Passes with no time remaining are not eligible for a refund.
25-Pack: If you have not used any credits from a 25-Pack purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Partially used or expired 25-Packs are not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, email support@rideordieguide.com with your account email and approximate purchase date. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Wait times, show schedules, and restaurant status are pulled from live park data and refreshed frequently. Data is provided by the ThemeParks.wiki API and reflects what the parks are currently reporting.

We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, and access timestamps. If you are logged in, we derive your approximate location (country, region, city) from your IP address to provide locally relevant AI suggestions. You may also opt in to share your precise GPS coordinates via the "Precise Location" option for more accurate results; when enabled, we use a reverse geocoding service to convert your coordinates into a neighborhood or city name. If you use AI generation, we collect the prompts you submit. If you create an account, we collect your email address and password.
Account data is stored in a database hosted on Railway, shared across both rideordieguide.com and nahyoupick.com. This includes your email, a securely hashed password, and any saved data. We track "smart" AI tier usage to enforce daily limits. Prompts and generated results may be logged temporarily for debugging.
AI generation uses Anthropic's Claude API. Prompts are sent to Anthropic for processing; the "smart" tier may also use web search on your behalf. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details. Live theme park data is provided by ThemeParks.wiki. If you enable precise location, we use OpenStreetMap Nominatim to convert your GPS coordinates into a location name. Our app is hosted on Railway.
We use cookies only for authentication and session management—no tracking or advertising cookies.
Selections and list state are stored locally in your browser via localStorage and are never sent to our servers. You can delete your saved data at any time; to delete your account, contact us.
